Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is guaranteed from 14.00. In case of early arrival, we can store your luggage for free in our luggage room and transfer it to your room as soon as it is ready.
Check-out is by 10.00. If you wish, we can store your luggage for free.
Late check-out, by request and subject to availability, will cost 50% of a night’s stay.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation of your booking is free within the terms indicated in the booking confirmation. In cases of a no-show, a penalty equal to the first night’s stay will be charged.
Refunds can only be made under certain conditions. Mainly, in case of advance payment or deposit, a fidelity voucher of the same value will be issued that can be used at our facility without time constraints.

Balance of stay

Payment for your stay can be made conveniently during your stay, at your discretion. Usually, the transaction is completed upon check-out.
We accept various payment methods, including cash (within the limits set by law), credit/debit cards, American Express and bank transfer.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is €2.00 per person/night, up to 10 nights’ stay.
Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from payment. Tourist tax is €2.00 per person/night, up to 10 nights’ stay. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from payment. €0.50 per person/night on top of the tourist tax, for the Valleviva contribution.

Prices are per room.

  • Children aged 0-2: free
  • Children aged 3-9: -30%
  • Children aged 10-16: -15%
  • 3rd and 4th bed: +45%
  • Double for single use: -20%

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

A breakfast buffet is available every morning from 7.30am to 10pm.
Light Lunch is served at the bar, on the terrace and in the garden (in nice weather), from 12pm to 2pm.
Dinner is served from 7.30pm until 9pm.

Our restaurant offers you a choice of dishes which combine tradition and modernity. The chef will surprise you with delicious menus using mainly local and seasonal products. We also have a selection of regional wines to go with the dishes.

Wake-up service

Upon request, we can activate the wake-up service via our switchboard to ensure that you wake up on time.

Teapot and minibar

All our rooms come with a minibar and a teapot. On arrival, you’ll find a welcome kit at your disposal to get your holiday off to the best possible start.


You can adjust the temperature in your room directly from the thermostat on the wall. Alternatively, contact the reception.


Free, unsupervised outdoor private parking is available at our facility.


Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the hotel. You can sign up to the free network (password not required) called ‘Montanara’ which you can connect to with your notebook, tablet or smartphone. We request that you use it responsibly so that everyone can use the service. If you are unable to connect, please contact reception.

Laundry service

A laundry service is available on request, subject to payment.
